This modern project with Zest Kitchens is a stunning example of how to use colour to enhance an area. The stark contrast between the shimmering white 20mm Blanco Ice worktops and the Crimson Super Matt units on the island makes the perfect feature in this space, showcasing the island by drawing the eye straight to it.
 
The high gloss white units around the rest of the kitchen make this space bright and airy, with a very modern, minimalist feel. This is further accentuated with a large grey mirrored splashback to help flood the room with natural light. The plinths on all units are also mirrored to give a grander sense of space.

Two pop-up sockets in the worktops have been used to keep the walls smooth and sleek, further adding to the minimalist feel. This pop-up solution can be used to conceal other items such as knife blocks and spice racks, helping to further declutter the worktops.
