This striking project is the perfect example of trying something different. The use of two different materials for the worktops, in this case quartz and granite, is beautifully echoed in the opposing colours of the units.
Here, we see how the bold choice of colour and pattern of the island worktop makes it the key feature of this kitchen. The low hanging lighting helps further to draw the eye to this area.
The beautiful strong veining on the natural Indian Black Sensa Granite is then mirrored in the grey veining on our AG Quartz Fusion White.
Contrasts play an important role in this space with the neutral grey of the island units against the bold black of the granite. This is then bordered on the side and wall units with a much darker unit combined with the bright white quartz.
