There are accents of grey around this space that are matched in the veining on this stone with the subtle gold streaks through the quartz adding to the luxurious feel.
 
Using a standard 100mm upstand height with a riser up to the window sill would not have looked right on this project, the decision was made to have the upstand at up to the height of the sill and continue across the length of the wall.
 
This project not only boasts an uninterrupted full height splashback under the run of wall units, but also has a stunning waterfall end on the peninsular. Both of these options are a striking way to show off the full beauty of this material, adding eye catching features to this space.
