This is an exquisite example of utilising space with perfectly proportioned elements. The grand scale of the worktops doesn’t look inappropriate or confined in this setting.
 
A clever blend of 20mm and 40mm thicknesses on the island accentuates the change of level on the sink run. This gives a sense of movement throughout the space, bringing interest to otherwise long, flat runs.

The island is undoubtedly the showstopper in this room. Standing just short of four metres in length, this colossus is both practical as well as the ideal place for entertaining.
 
The 40mm seating area, complete with matching Bianca Eclipsia quartzite leg, has plenty of space for friends and family to gather around.

The sink and hob positions have been carefully thought about, placing them opposite each other allows for an easier transition between them.
